1.3 Subscription & Purchase Information

  1. Subscription status
  2. Purchase, renewal, and entitlement information
  3. Payment details (such as card numbers) are processed directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are never stored by us.

1.4 Usage & Technical Data

  1. App interactions and feature usage
  2. Basic diagnostics, crash data, and performance metrics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage accounts, verify age eligibility, deliver AI meal analysis and insights, administer subscriptions, improve accuracy and performance, respond to support requests, and maintain security and misuse prevention.

3. AI & Image Processing

Meal images and related inputs are processed with AI to generate nutritional insights you request. Images are not used for advertising or unrelated purposes, and processing may involve trusted third‑party AI providers.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers—Supabase (auth/database), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Google Play Billing, Apple App Store Billing, and AI service partners. They receive only the data needed to deliver their services and remain subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

5. Data Sharing, Anonymisation & Commercial Use

We do not sell personal or identifiable data. Any commercial use relates only to anonymised and aggregated datasets and does not constitute the sale of personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above to operate and improve the App, and we may use or license anonymised, aggregated data for model improvement, research, insights, and carefully selected partnerships. This anonymised data excludes personal identifiers, is processed to prevent re-identification, and never includes raw content linked to an individual. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of our users or the App.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the App and its features and to comply with legal and operational requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

  1. We actively use date-of-birth information to prevent access by users under 13.
  2. We do not knowingly collect, use, or store personal information from children under 13.
  3. If we become aware that a user is under 13, account creation will be blocked or the account and associated data will be deleted.
  4. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data through the App, please contact us.
